Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey is a private Ivy League research university. Princeton University Discovered in 1746 as Elizabeth's College of New Jersey, Princeton is the fourth oldest institution of higher learning in the United States and one of the chartered nine colleges before the American Revolution. In 1747, then nine years later on the current site, and in 1896 itself changed the name of Princeton University.

Princeton offers undergraduate and undergraduate education in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering. This Woodrow Wilson offers professional degrees through the School of Public and International Affairs, School of Engineering and Applied Science, School of Architecture and the Bendheim Center for Finance. There is a connection with the University's Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton Theological Seminary and Rider University's Westminster Choir College.
